LCB awarded two perfect ISOs
London City Bond has been awarded with two perfect audits from the International Organization for Standardization.
LCB’s warehouse in Barking was awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 without a single non-conformance, something the organisation called a, “superb achievement”.
ISO 9001 is a confirmation that LCB’s quality management systems meet the needs of all relevant parties – especially customers – while ISO 14001’s requirements concerning environmental performance improvement, legal compliance and reporting duties are an integral part of the EU’s Eco-Management and Audit Scheme.

LCB’s director, Brian Davis, said that the awards, “give recognition to the great efforts that staff at all levels put in to ensure that the service we offer is second to none. This is of course an ongoing project and we very much welcome this important step towards achieving our goal.”
