WineCap appoints new head of buying

Wine Cap has appointed Adrian Brice, a former fine wine buyer at Berry Bros. & Rudd as the new head of buying to lead its global procurement strategy.

Brice, who spent ten years at BBR as a fine wine buyer was previously a group wine buyer for London restaurant and hotel group D&D London (which is now known as The Evolv Collection) and holds an MBA in winemaking and wine & spirit business studies from the Burgundy School of Business.

Brice said he was thrilled to lead the buying strategy for both WineCap and its sister company, US luxury fine wine retailer Westgarth Wines. The role will leverage his long-standing relationships with suppliers to secure allocations of some of the world’s most coveted wines and offer customers “a first-class experience tailored to their needs”.
