Pernod Ricard names next Corby Spirit CEO

Florence Tresarrieu will take the helm at Canadian manufacturing and distribution company Corby Spirit and Wine on 1 January 2026. She succeeds Nicolas Krantz, who moves to a new role within the Pernod Ricard Group.

Corby Spirit and Wine has appointed Florence Tresarrieu as its next president and chief executive officer, effective 1 January 2026. She succeeds Nicolas Krantz, who will assume new responsibilities within Pernod Ricard.

Tresarrieu, a Belgian national, brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience to the role. She currently serves as Global Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Treasury and Cash Performance at Pernod Ricard SA, where she has played a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and strengthening shareholder engagement.

Before joining Pernod Ricard in 2019, Tresarrieu spent 18 years at JP Morgan and Barclays, advising major corporations as Managing Director and building new business ventures. Her career has spanned major global markets including the UK, Asia and France.

Lucio Di Clemente, chairman of Corby’s board of directors, said: “We’re excited to welcome Florence to Corby as our new chief executive officer. With significant global financial and leadership experience, she will guide Corby into its next chapter, build on our strong foundation and drive continued momentum, growth, and innovation.”

Leadership changes at Board level

Corby’s Board of Directors also confirmed that Tresarrieu will join the Board as a director from 1 January 2026. At the same time, Claude Boulay will step down from his role as a director on 31 December 2025, continuing as a consultant to Pernod Ricard. Krantz will remain on Corby’s Board as a non-executive director following Boulay’s departure.

Di Clemente expressed appreciation for both outgoing directors, saying: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Nicolas for his leadership, unwavering commitment, and transformative vision during his time at Corby.
