i heart Wines launches coronavirus superhero campaign

Brand i heart Wines, owned by Freixenet Copestick, has teamed up with Intervino to produce 2,500 bottles of personalised i heart Superheroes Prosecco, and customers are invited to submit nominations.

i heart Wines has teamed up with personalised gifting specialist Intervino to make their limited edition packaging as part of its superhero campaign.

The initiative will launch on Monday 6 April on i heart’s Facebook and Instagram channels, and daily winners will be chosen at random over two weeks.

Customers will be asked to nominate their chosen superhero, whether it be their local postal worker, shopkeeper, NHS staff member, binman/woman, carer, farmer, delivery driver or parent. The scheme is open to anyone deemed worthy of some recognition for their work during the Covid-19 crisis.

Further details will be posted on i heart’s social channels @iheartwines.

Dani McDonald, senior brand Manager at i heart said: “I am delighted to be working on this initiative. In challenging and uncertain times there is a real sense of community and I am proud we are able to utilise our existing personalisation service to do a little something to celebrate those that are making this situation a bit more bearable.”

Amy Lennox, sales director for Intervino added: “We’re so thrilled to be working alongside i heart on this nominated give away. It’s time to celebrate our local community superheroes and the people out there who really do deserve recognition for their overwhelming sense of community spirit during these difficult times. We hope our personalised bottles will bring a smile to the faces of those who need it most.”

I would like to nominate Michaela Driscoll who has worked tirelessly swabbing NHS staff at different sites, swapping shifts and working extras to help her team and all of us. Thankyou love mum and dad. We are very very proud of you ❤️❤️❤️xxxx Also she has 2 small children. Both her and my son -in-law work opposite. Shifts for child care and have hardly seen each other so on the occasional evening they have together this would be lovely as they are both key workers x
