The Parisian Macao celebrates ‘A Journey to Bordeaux’

The Parisian Macao’s signature restaurant, Brasserie, has created a new autumn menu dedicated entirely to Bordeaux.

The Brasserie restaurant in one of Macau’s leading hotels, The Parisian Macao, has launched a French regional set menu, ‘A Journey to Bordeaux’ for this autumn.

Bordeaux is renowned as possibly the world’s foremost wine region, as well as offering some of the finest cuisine in France. Using the freshest ingredients, Brasserie’s new regional menu is intended to offer a delicious and authentic taste of the region.

The Bordeaux-centric four-course set menu is priced at MOP 498*. Highlights are Arcachon oysters with raspberry dressing, duck foie gras pâté in puff pastry; green du puy lentil soup with duck confit; grilled Boston lobster on ceps and roasted US tenderloin with bone marrow and beef check parmentier. The meal is rounded off with hazelnuts dacquoise with rum sultanas bavaroise and praline mousse, and selected French cheeses.

To accompany the feast with wine, diners can choose from an extensive collection of Bordeaux, which will be available both by the glass and bottle.
