Rum & Cachaça Masters 2018 – Asia launched

the drinks business Hong Kong will stage ‘The Rum & Cachaça Masters 2018 – Asia’ competition to highlight the potential of the global rum & cachaça brands in the Asian Market.

Chaired by the drinks business Hong Kong and a panel of leading spirits specialists, the Rum & Cachaça Masters will be judged in a blind tasting by 10-12 judges.

The judging panel will consist of Hong Kong’s leading trade buyers and spirits judges, providing a perfect way for brands to gain visibility in Asia.

The samples will be judged by category, age, design and packaging. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Master medals will be awarded in each category. The Gold and Master winners will then be judged for the overall title of ‘Grand Asian World Rum & Cachaça Master 2018’.

There are no limits to the number of medals we can award – with medals going to the winning spirits based on quality rather than quantity.

The results will be published in the drinks business Hong Kong print edition, online on The Spirits Business website as well as on all of our social media platforms, and in a newsletter in both English and Chinese.

The official registration form deadline is Friday 28 September 2018 and the sample deadline is Friday 12 October 2018. If you would like to enter please contact
