You can now order a Champagne flight at Harvey Nichols’ in-house bar

Knightsbridge department store Harvey Nichols has re-opened its flagship bar after a three-week makeover.

The fifth floor bar features a new design concept which will “offer customers a space to relax in a sophisticated setting”, according to a spokesperson, alongside a new cocktail menu featuring non-alcoholic and London-inspired drinks.

Harvey Nichols worked closely with UK interior designer Keane Clarkson to introduce a new colour scheme which veers away from the store’s traditional monochrome palate.

Bar manager Sophie Bratt has curated a selection of classic, non-alcoholic and London-inspired cocktails such as the “English Garden Margarita” and “Bucks Palace Back Yard”, alongside a flight of three glasses of Champagne from brands Moët et Chandon and Dom Perignon.

The bar will continue to hold private masterclasses and tastings for guests.

General manager Simon Youden said: “We have been working tirelessly to ensure the highest standards of work went into the refurbishment.

“In a world where everything is a click away, the future of luxury retail is about elevating the overall in-store experience.”
