Reliably offbeat, food and drink alchemists Bompas & Parr unveiled their latest drinks innovation pop-up in London’s Borough Market this week, Alcoholic Architecture. Dubbed the “world’s first breathable cocktail bar”, visitors much don a protective poncho to enter “the cloud” – an immersive experience which sees spirits and mixers turned into a cloud of alcohol with the help of humidifiers creating an environment of 140% humidity.

Each visit costs £10 with the experience lasting 50 minutes, offering the alcohol equivalent to one mixed drink. The bar will remain open for the next six months.

Where to find it: Alcoholic Architecture, Cathedral Street, Borough Market, London
