1. CECCHI LOBELIA 2025

Cecchi has expanded its Toscana IGT range with Lobelia 2025, a white blend of Trebbiano, Vermentino and Chardonnay designed to offer a fresher interpretation of the region. 3. PASQUA HEY FRENCH 5TH EDITION

Pasqua Wines has released the fifth edition of Hey French, a multi-vintage Bianco Veneto IGT that continues the producer’s experimental approach. The wine blends six vintages (spanning 2015-2024), sourced from volcanic vineyards on Monte Calvarina in the Soave area, combining Garganega with small proportions of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Partially aged in barriques and tonneaux before further refinement in stainless steel, the wine shows layered complexity, with notes of exotic fruit, camomile and herbs alongside almond and mineral nuances. 4. BOTTEGA VINAI PINOT BIANCO

6. 41 BIS AGED

41 Bis Aged is a Sardinian agave spirit combining local raw materials with traditional distillation. Made from Sardinian blue agave, it is matured for more than two years in century-old chestnut casks that previously held Vernaccia wine, adding regional character. Double-distilled in a 1982 copper still, the spirit shows a deep amber colour, with aromas of honey, Mediterranean herbs and toasted almond.
