Irish girl band B*witched will be headlining on the Friday at Boxpark Wembley for a St. Patrick’s Day party. Boxpark has teamed up with Irish Whiskey Jameson for an evening of celebrations including live music, games, food, great craic and plenty of whiskey.

The Big St Patrick’s Festival Party
Where: London Irish Centre, 50-52 Camden Square, London NW1 9XB

Featuring comedy, Irish dance and the sounds of Jiggy. The festival is being held by the organisers behind Camden Oktoberfest, and for £25 attendees can be served bottomless Guinness for the first hour.

St Patrick’s Day Festival

Irish national treasure Panti Bliss will be Grand Marshal of this year’s spectacular parade. More than 50,000 people are expected to join the annual procession of Irish marching bands, dance troupes and pageantry. The parade starts at Hyde Park Corner, then travels through Piccadilly, St James’s Street, Pall Mall, Cockspur Street and Whitehall.

The Auld Shillelagh 
A tiny, but authentic Irish pub in Stoke Newington that is absolutely well worth a visit. On St. Patrick’s Day, the pub always features traditional Irish music along with many pints of Guinness. The Auld Shillelagh’s motto is “off the leash and on the lash” which should give you a hint regarding how you might leave.

Legendary West End stalwart that often looks like it is sponsored by Guinness. There is never any doubt that this is one of the best places in London to drink a pint of stout on St Patrick’s Day. Despite it being small inside, it is so popular that, often, patrons spill out onto the street.

Waxy O’Connors
A two-floor Irish bar in Soho that is hugely popular, especially on St Patrick’s Day. Not only featuring a well-poured Guinness and one of the only pubs in central London that has a tree growing indoors. Waxy’s is also known for not having any clocks inside, so you never know how much time has passed during your visit.

The Porterhouse 
A vast drinking den in Covent Garden which has no fewer than twelve different levels and a basement bar. The pub will have an impressive range of beers, ales, and stouts available on draught that have all been brewed at its Dublin brewery and the atmosphere is always highly charged. It’s a great place to meet your mates, as long as you can locate them first.
