You can now visit a Home Alone-themed bar in the run up to Christmas

Most of us will have dreamed of eating like Kevin McCallister (though perhaps without having to fend off the intruders). Now, you can live out your childhood fantasies at this Home Alone-themed bar.

Now Christmas is well and truly upon us, if you haven’t already worked your way through the Home Alone movie franchise, it’s likely you’ll at least see them as you flick through the TV channels over the next few days.

But if you’re a true superfan, wan to take your adulation for the movies to the next level, and happen to live in Nashville, then today is your lucky day.

That’s because the cult favourite Hidden Bar underneath the Noelle hotel in Nashville has transformed itself into a Home Alone oasis, complete with a recreation of the McCallister family’s living room, special Home Alone-themed cocktails, and a selection of bar snacks inspired by Kevin’s inventive creations in the movies.

There’s a “Thirsty for More” cocktail comprising whiskey, raspberry, amaro, lemon, bitters, and ginger beer, and a “One, Two…Ten,” cocktail made with rum, cold brew coffee, nocino, allspice, orgeat, and chocolate bitters.
