Milestone launches Atilius range in Australia

Milestone Beverages has launched its range of still and sparkling Italian wines, Atilius, in Australia.

In partnership with Jonathan Paige International, the range which includes Moscato, Prosecco, Chianti and a Super Tuscan, was launched Down Under last month.

Already available across key markets in Asia-Pacific, Atilius is one of the best-selling Italian wine brands in Hong Kong, alongside Constellation-owned Ruffino and Antinori’s portfolio.

This is despite the brand not even having a bricks and mortar retailer in Hong Kong, with all of its efforts invested in e-commerce through platforms such as HKTVmall and Cellarmaster and hotel pouring contracts.

Italian wine is a growing category in Australia, where there is a big Italian demographic. Through its partnership with Jonathan Paige International, Milestone is aiming to build up the Atilius brand through multiple sales channels, including e-commerce and on- and off-premise listings.
