Tesco offers 25% discount on fizz in the run-up to Christmas
Tesco is getting into the festive spirit by offering a discount to customers who bulk-buy its wine, Prosecco and Champagne.
The grocer is offering 25% off online and in-store (excluding Tesco Express outlets) when you buy six or more bottles of wine, Champagne and Prosecco.
The offer includes a wide range of normally expensive Champagnes, including a Bollinger Rosé non-vintage bottle which usually retails at £48, and a Veuve Cliquot 2008 vintage variety which costs £45 if bought individually.
However, the deal ends on Monday 4 December, so stock up now while you can.
The news comes as supermarkets are clamouring to offer rock-bottom prices on sparkling wine ahead of the festive period.
This year, Morrisons started its Black Friday deals one week early by launching a magnum of own-label Prosecco for £10.
German challenger Aldi, meanwhile, is selling a Prosecco jeroboam for the discounted price of £39.99.
