Moët extends personalised bottle service

Moët & Chandon has launched its personalisation service for a second year at Selfridges, as well as at select on-trade UK accounts for the first time.

The Moët personalisation service in Selfridges

Following the success of 2015, the company has once again partnered with Selfridges and installed exclusive personalisation stations at its London, Birmingham and Manchester stores.

Here, shoppers can upload an image of their choice and create their very own front label for Mini Moët Impérial Blanc (RRP £19.99) and Rosé (RRP £19.99) cuvées. A bespoke in-store Moët wrapping facility (RRP £5.00 per item) is also available, allowing personal messages to be added to branded gift wrap with the click of a button.

This year, Moët is extending the service to key on-trade accounts, with London restaurants Quaglino’s, Madison, Skylon, Bluebird and 100 Wardour Street already signed up.

Participating restaurants and bars can upload an image chosen by their client to the Moët website, with new labels delivered to be placed on 20cl or 75cl bottles of Moët Impérial Blanc and Rosé by the venue.

“Celebration and generosity are at the heart of Moët & Chandon and our personalisation service gives us the opportunity to spread this message during the festive period,” said Julie Nollet, marketing and communications director at Moët Hennessy UK.

“The personalised bottles add a playful element to enhance those special Moët moments, whether gifting or raising a glass. We’re excited about taking personalisation into the on-trade for 2016 and look forward to seeing the response from our customers and consumers.”

The Moët & Chandon personalisation and gift wrap service is also available at uk.moet.com, with customised bottles delivered just a few days after an order is placed.
