ASC takes on Viña Caliterra for China

ASC Fine Wines has announced it has taken on exclusive distribution for Errazuriz’s Viña Caliterra in Mainland China.

Caliterra’s vines in Colchagua Valley

Caliterra was established in 1996 as a partnership between the Robert Mondavi family and Viña Errázuriz and today, the estate nestles in the heart of Colchagua Valley with about 1,085 hectares under vine.

In early 2004, Viña Errázuriz acquired the Robert Mondavi family’s 50% share in Caliterra, with the idea to produce premium environmentally friendly wines under sustainable vineyard amangement.

Eduardo Chadwick, owner of Viña Caliterra, highlighted Caliterra’s prominence in the Asia market as demand for Chilean wine grows.

“We are very proud to announce our partnership with ASC Fine Wines, which will allow Caliterra to expand its worldwide distribution and bring its wines to consumers in the important Chinese market,” he said.
