BBR appoints new operations director
London fine wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd has announced the appointment of Kevin Hanley as its operations, logistics and IT director.
Hanley joins BBR from Direct Wines, where he has been since 2001, most recently in the role of group operations director for Laithwaite’s Wine.
“Berry Bros. & Rudd already has a world-class reputation for brilliant service, but I look forward to finding new ways to increase the company’s operational efficiency and developing its performance”, added Hanley.
BBR’s chief executive Dan Jago pointed toward Hanley’s commercial experience, which he said meant that he had a “real understanding of the benefits of a joined up approach to supply and customer service”.
