WSET revamps website

The WSET has relaunched its website with a new responsive and easier-to-use site that has information on its courses in 19 different languages.

WSET launches its revamped website

The revamped site has been designed to make it easier for prospective students to find a suitable course using an interactive map of course providers to pinpoint the closest location across the UK and internationally.

Streamlining the ‘Where to Study’ search function was central to this project, WSET marketing director Jacki Reid said, adding that the WSET was thrilled to offer location-based search functionality to connect students to over 500 course providers.

A new range of tools and resources has also been added to the site, including a series of 3-minute Wine School videos – a series of Spirit School videos are set to be added later this month –  and an audio guide to wine pronunciation in the new Knowledge Centre. The section also details information on careers in the industry, and a Q&A blog featuring WSET graduates, students and educators.

“WSET is leading the way in wine and spirit education the world over and we now have a website that reflects this,” Ian Harris, chief executive of the WSET said.

The site was redesigned in conjunction with digital agency twentysix.
