Leading Champagne figures descended on London for the Champagne Bureau’s trade and media annual tasting. In less than 24 hours, over 65 brands showcased over 200 cuvées with over 5,000 bottles of Champagne being uncorked at the Banqueting House on the day.

One of only 12 hand crafted and individually numbered Penfolds Ampoules is unveiled at Dubai Duty Free, where it is now available to view and buy. The unique work of wine, which retails for £100,000 will be showcased in Dubai Duty Free in Concourse A, which opened in January and is dedicated to the Emirates A380 fleet.

Sushi from the new Japanese restaurant K10, which opened in London’s Liverpool Street this week. As well as the sushi seen here, the restaurant also sells a range of junmai ginjo sakés.

Opium’s mixologist crafted a trio of cocktails using La Hechicera during the masterclass, including one featuring ginger and lemongrass, which proved the favourite.
