A photo was sent into us of Martin Markvardsen’s tattoo. He works at the Edrington Group and is the brand ambassador of Highland Park. Earlier in the week we ranked the top 10 wine and spirits tattoos and asked readers to send in their pics.

 

We got to try this unusual South African wine with an even more unusual label at 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Hibiscus in Mayfair, which focuses on organic and biodynamic wines.

Tasting at the first Riesling Summit organised by Wines of Germany. The panel at the debate included Maria Troein of Wine Intelligence, Helena Conibear director of Alcohol in Moderation, Nicky Forrest of Wines of Germany and consultant Gerd Sepp.

Even in Poland at the European Championships soccer tournament team db couldn’t escape a wine festival. The wine tasting and showcase of wines from around Poland and Europe was held in a wet Gydia.
