Bombay Brasserie spices things up

Bombay Brasserie is set to introduce a range of masterclasses and dinner sessions to give a new perspective to Londoners who love Indian food.

From November 2010 to March 2011, the brasserie will be running masterclasses on different aspects of cuisine from the subcontinent and celebrating its diversity with specially designed menus.

Friday 5 November will see a celebration of the Hindu festival Divali, with traditional offerings from various parts of India presented by the chefs, followed by the Bombay Brasserie Tiffin lunch.

As part of the Chilli Celebration running from 17-30 January 2011, when chilli-based dishes will be a regular feature on the menu, the venue is hosting a Regional Taste Tour of Chillies on Friday 21 January.

Finally, on Friday 18 March 2011 there will be an open kitchen demonstration entitled “Taste of the Royal Palaces of India”, which will showcase the extravagant dishes and presentation required by the maharajas when dining.
