Vegg White foams at the bit as it launches in new territories
The vegan alternate to egg white-based cocktails partners with Nimbility to expand across the Asia-Pacific region. Rebecca Lo reports.

Vegg White, a plant-based egg white alternative created for contemporary mixology, expands across the Asia-Pacific region with help from brand strategist Nimbility.
The Polish company co-founded by Kacper Dylak and Piotr Pieron will enter greater China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia, targeting markets with quickly evolving bar and hospitality cultures. In February 2026, Slovenian content creator and established mixologist Kevin Kos joined Vegg White as co-owner and business partner to spearhead educational initiatives.
Vegg White will tap into Nimbility’s experience building premium beverage brands across diverse markets through its distributor network, on-trade relationships and activation capabilities. At the same time, the partnership supports Nimbility’s growth of its non-alcoholic and functional products portfolio that addresses trending hospitality concepts across the region.

Strategic next steps
The maturation of Asia-Pacific’s cocktail scene has led to drinks that emphasise texture and visual presentation as the expected standard. Increased demand for consistent, high-performance foaming agents for classic sours or low and no-alcohol beverages meant that mixologists were looking for more sustainable and consistent options to fresh egg whites.
Vegg White reproduces the texture, foam stability, and mouthfeel of traditional egg whites while being a reliable vegan product with a long shelf life. It can reduce issues related to food safety, allergic reactions, and waste management to help on-trade enhance operational efficiency, hygiene standards, and product consistency.
“Asia presents an exhilarating frontier for Vegg White’s global expansion,” said Pieron. “Our strategic partnership with Nimbility will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with the most influential bars, culinary innovators, and hospitality groups across Asia Pacific, ensuring a highly focused and impactful brand journey.”
Bar scene a ‘beacon of creativity’
“The region’s bar scene is a beacon of unparalleled creativity and technical mastery,” noted Dylak. “We are observing a significant demand for solutions that harmoniously blend superior performance with vital sustainability, and Vegg White is perfectly positioned to meet this need.”
“We’ve seen a clear shift across Asia-Pacific towards more mindful consumption and more refined cocktail experiences,” stated Manuel Arce, Nimbility’s spirits and non-alcoholic director. “The rise of lighter, foam-driven cocktails requires tools that are consistent, safe, and easy to use at scale. Vegg White answers that need perfectly. We strongly believe it has the potential to become a staple behind the bar in the region’s leading hospitality venues.”
