Final call: The Global Syrah Masters 2026
From the Northern Rhône to Australia’s Barossa Valley, Syrah displays a remarkable range of styles and flavour profiles depending on where it is grown.
To celebrate this diversity, the drinks business invites producers to take part in The Global Syrah Masters, a competition that recognises excellence in Syrah winemaking from all corners of the world.
Blends containing at least 50% Syrah are eligible, offering an inclusive platform for both varietal and blended expressions of this powerful and expressive grape.

As with all of the drinks business awards, entries will be judged blind by a panel of Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers and senior buyers, ensuring credibility and international recognition for all medal winners.
