Spread across four weekends, the celebrity chef will bring the kitchen teams from his Buckinghamshire pubs The Coach and the hand and Flowers — which won Kerridge his second Michelin star this year.

Kerridge’s team will be joined by a selection of chefs and industry leaders from pubs around the UK for four days of cooking demonstrations, workshops, food markets and music.

The festival tour will begin in Higgingson Park, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, where the first Pub in the park was held last year, taking place from 17-20 May 2018.

From there, Pub in the Park will travel across Southern England, heading to Bath’s Royal Victoria Park from 8-10 June, and then on to Tunbridge Wells, Kent, from 6-July.

For the final leg of the tour, Pub in the Park will head north to Knutsford, Cheshire where Kerridge’s team will take over the Heath from 7-9 September.

So far, no acts have been confirmed for the 2018 festivals, but Kerridge’s event attracted a star-studded line up of chefs and artists when in launched last year.

Last year’s guest chefs and masterclass leaders included Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown, Benares’ Atul Kochlar, and Masterchef judge Monica Galetti, with music provided by artists the likes of Tom Odel and James Morrison, celebrity guests such as Russel Brand also making an appearance.

This year’s event, which took place in Marlow where Kerridge owns three gastropubs, sold out of all 18,000 tickets within 24 hours.

The 2017 festival was well received in the hospitality sector, even picking up an award for Small Event of the Year from the National Outdoor Events Association.

The news comes as Kerridge begins to cement his position as Buckinghamshire’s most notable chef, launching a third gastropub in Marlow which doubles as an artisanal butchers back in October.
