Chablis masterclass set to tour the UK
Brought to you by The Bourgogne Wine Board, the Chablis on Tour Masterclass is coming to multiple venues across the UK with dates spanning the spring and summer.
Wine expert Michelle Cherutti-Kowal MW will challenge the perception of Chablis as a relatively straightforward grape variety. With one grape variety – Chardonnay; one colour – white; and 4 appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, Chablis is not as uncomplicated as it might first appear.
It us one of the wine world’s most unmistakable and inimitable wines; a unique combination of variety, soil and climate.
Michelle Cherutti-Kowal MW will guide you through a selection of brilliant terroir-driven wines from the new faces of Chablis, producing terroir-driven wines from all four appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.
