CIAK Hong Kong to host Sicilian-themed wine dinner menu

Awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand accolade in 2017, Italian restaurant CIAK Hong Kong is set to present a special Sicilian-themed wine and dinner menu this month.

CIAK’s culinary team is bringing the sensational experience of Sicily to Hong Kong this summer. From 13-23 July (on Mondays to Thursdays only), CIAK in Taikoo Shing will serve diners a specially crafted Sicilian dinner menu.

Priced at HK$620 for two people, the menu comprises five courses, including dishes such as the Sicilian-style citrus salad with a variety of zesty fruits, Sicilian datterino tomatoes and an appetizing Sicilian lemon dressing; pan-seared red mullet served with Sicilian caponata; bucatini with mixed seafood and sicilian datterino cherry tomato sauce; charcoal-grilled Australian wagyu flank steak served with a special Sicilian “salmoriglio” sauce; and last but not least, Sicilian lemon semifreddo cake to round off the evening.

To go with the wine pairing option, the menu features a selection of hand-picked Sicilian wines from Tosca d’ Almerita.

Address: Shop 265, 2F Cityplaza, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong.
