These are the best bars, pubs and restaurants to work for in the UK

Last weekend, The Sunday Times released its annual ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in the UK.

The results are meticulously compiled over 12 months, which are compiled by assessing the views of some 261,599 members of staff working in 799 companies in the UK today.

Employees were asked what they thought about their wages, career potential, their relationships with colleagues, overall wellbeing and the perks they get in their roles.

Despite having a bad reputation for causing stress and even alcoholism, hospitality firms are increasingly aware of their duty to look after their staff. Several hospitality groups made it into the top 100 this year, from London hotel the royal Lancaster to global craft beer giant BrewDog.

We’ve taken a look at the breweries, bars and restaurant groups which made it into the list.
