Veuve Clicquot to roll out ‘Yellow Hour’ in HK

Veuve Cliquot will roll out its ‘Yellow Hour’ promotion with 12 top restaurants in Hong Kong for the last quarter of the year.

Following previous three ‘Yellow Hour’ campaigns targeting drinkers during happy hour, the fourth quarter will feature the ‘Say Cheese For Yellow Hour’ series.

Boasting a variety of different types of cheese crafted into bite-sized dishes, the campaign will feature highlights, from the Commissary restaurant’s heat packed Jalapeño poppers to Bib n Hops’ Korean inspired ‘Mung Bean Provolone Cheese Pancake’.

Another cheese creation is Le Bistro Wine Beast’s ‘Fried Normandie Camembert Cheese’ with honey and mustard seasoning.

Throughout the campaign, guests can enjoy pairings of Veuve Clicquot’s Champagne with small bites like FoFo by el Willy’s ‘Sexy Toasted Sandwich’ with manchego cheese, Iberico ham and truffles and Cé La Vi’s ‘Mozzarella Cheese Stick’ served with homemade spicy garlic mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
