Lanson renews polo tie-up for a third year

Champagne Lanson has confirmed its sponsorship of Chestertons Polo in the Park, held in London, for a third year – an event that will also kick start its ‘Perfect Start to…’ summer campaign.

Lanson will pitch up at the polo in June, with branded bars based on a ‘white’ theme set to serve its White Label Cuvée – served with zest of lemon, a slice of strawberry or a sprig of fresh mint – in Magnum, Methuselah and 75cl formats, alongside its Brut NV Rosé Label.

“As a brand that embodies excellence, innovation and celebrates achievements, Champagne Lanson continues to be proud of its association with Chestertons Polo in the Park,” said Paul Beavis, Champagne Lanson managing director, UK & International.

“This exciting event has become one of the most hotly anticipated fixtures on London’s sporting and social calendars and is the most fun you and your clients will have in central London”.

Played under simplified rules that create a “faster and action-packed game”, the event is billed as the ideal introduction to polo for those new to the sport.

Over three days, six teams representing cities from all over the globe will battle to be crowned the victors of Chestertons Polo in the Park 2017.

The event will take place on 9-11 June at Hurlingham Park in Fulham.
