Hong Kong’s Nate Green will be joined by Richard Turner, chef of renowned London steakhouse Hawksmoor for a two-night meat feast in April.

The menu run down for the evening includes:

1. Breakfast radishes with smoked roe

2. Braised wild Hereford short rib on toast with Sturia caviar

3. Baked oysters with bone marrow jus

4. Chopped steak with olive oil and lemon

5. Roast scallops with fennel butter

6. Charcoal grilled tomahawk steak

7. Mashed potato with trotter

8. Caesar salad

9. Sticky toffee sundae

Deemed by Giles Coren as [serving] “the best steak you’ll find anywhere,” Hawksmoor opened its first restaurant in Spitalfields in 2006 before launching ventures in other London locations of Air Street, Borough, Guildhall, Knightsbridge and Seven Dials, as well as in Manchester’s Deansgate.

In 2016 it was announced that a flagship restaurant will be opened at the end of this year in 3 World Trade Center in New York.

The Hong Kong dinner is priced at HK$998 per person, including welcome drink.
