Now in its 14th year, the db Awards have become one of the most respected commemorations in the drinks industry with every corner of the drinks trade represented, from the retail sector to importers, logistics, design, marketing campaigns and launches.

Unveiled each year at the London Wine Fair, the db awards are a chance for outstanding companies and individuals to win high profile recognition in front of some of the industry’s most influential representatives.

As always, the winners will be announced at the London Wine Fair at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in west London, this year on 23 May.

Last year’s winners included Lanson, who took home the award for Best Consumer Campaign for its ‘The Championships, Wimbledon’ initiative, Liberty Wines, which was awarded the On-trade Supplier of the Year gong, and Concha Y Toro, which received the coveted Drinks Company of the Year Award.

In terms of personality awards, Daphne Teremetz, of Spar, was named Retail Buyer of the Year. Barbara Banke of Jackson Family Wines and Troy Christensen, CEO of Enotria, took home the prized women and man of the year trophies, while Mark Savage MW was handed the lifetime achievement award.
