Last chance to enter Global Pinot Noir Masters 2017

the drinks business is now taking final entries for its fourth Global Pinot Noir Masters 2017, a blind tasting of Pinot Noir which seeks to recognise and reward the very best examples of the grape.

Unlike other international competitions, The Global Masters series is judged by grape variety rather than country. Every wine will be measured on the taste of its grape and the skill of its winemaker.

All Global Masters are judged blind by a panel of Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers and senior buyers only, with the best competing wines awarded medals from Bronze through to Gold, and ultimately “Master” for exceptional examples.

Only examples of 100% Pinot Noir will be accepted, with the deadline for entries 30 November. Each entry carries an administration fee of £140.

The results and analysis will be published in the drinks business magazine, online, on social media and also in db‘s Hong Kong edition.
