Le Clos makes Mouton offering

Dubai’s luxury fine wine and spirits travel retailer, Le Clos, is drawing on its portfolio to offer a “stunning” array of Mouton Rothschild for the coming Chinese New Year.

Having recorded a “significant rise” in the number of Chinese travellers passing through Dubai International airport, Le Clos will be offering a range of Rothschild wines and the chance to win a Jeroboam of 2000 Mouton Rothschild.

Purchases of any five Rothschild wines will be subject to a 20% discount and there will be the same discount on purchases of grand cru Chablis.

Customers who spend over 1,000 dirham on Rothschild wines (HK$2,111) will be entered into a prize draw to win the Jeroboam of 2000 Mouton (worth AED42,000 – HK$88,666).

Ben Odgers, general manager at Le Clos, said: “As many of our customers will be celebrating Chinese New Year, we wanted to honour the Year of the Goat with wines that we know are highly appreciated by them.

“It is important to us at Le Clos to ensure the best service to our valued customers, so with a rising number of Chinese consumers looking for the highest quality red wines, it seemed the perfect fit. We wish all our customers “Gong Xi Fa Cai” and look forward to celebrating with them this month.”
