Sarment is committed to delivering “the ultimate wine experience with the most highly trained wine advisors you could find in the country”. 100 Century Avenue Restaurant
This Shanghai restaurant combines views over the city from the 91st floor of one of the world’s tallest buildings with the one of the most dynamic show kitchens in Shanghai. Added to this is an extensive wine list of 36 wines available by the glass and over 500 wines by bottle. Multiple show kitchens appeal to all tastes and feature Western steakhouse, Chinese wok, steamed specialties and Japanese sushi and sashimi.
All wines are carefully selected by Park Hyatt’s wine advisor Jean Marc Nolant and sommeliers Adrien Zhang and more than 80% of the wines on offer are organic or biodynamic wines.
