Leon Dalloway of Manchester’s The Whisky Jar celebrates winning the Pink Pigeon Rum competition, beating 70 other bartenders from around the UK to the title. Luke will be joined by runner-up Gareth Evans for the competition’s final in Mauritius, taking on South Africa and the host nation.

Leon’s winning cocktail called “She Always Comes Back” contains Pink Pigeon Rum, Plum Liquor, Punt e Mes red vermouth, Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Decanter bitters and a dash of MSK All Spice and is served on a board alongside food match of Pink Pigeon Chocolate truffles.
