Cellar Trends adds new jewels to its crown

Cellar Trends portfolio has been substantially expanded having signed distribution contracts with Gruppo Campari and Morrison Bowmore. The deal brings brands including Cinzano, Skyy, Glen Grant, Auchentoshan, Suntory and Midori into the Cellar Trends fold from July 16. Negotiations are also underway with Marnier-Lapostolle to distribute Grand Marnier.

Cellar Trends has established a strong reputation since it was founded by in 1999 by joint owners David Marriott and Martin Watts. From a spirits perspective, the company has driven strong growth for the Jägermeister and Luxardo brands through creative experiential marketing campaigns, and it was also responsible for the launch of Grey Goose in the UK. There is also an established working relationship with Gruppo Campari, for whom Cellar Trends already distributes Ouzo 12 and Cynar in the UK.

Commenting on the latest additions to an impressive line up of brands, managing director Watts said: “We look forward with much enthusiasm to working on each and every one of these super brands. Our past successes have been built on superb teamwork, and the whole of our team will rise to the challenge of developing this range, as well as to maintaining the continued growth of our existing portfolio.”
