Available from 22 June until 6 July, the menu celebrates Peru’s best-known dish with a selection of returning guest favourites from the past decade alongside new additions.

Guests can also choose Ceviche Tropical, featuring sea bass and octopus with ají amarillo tiger’s milk, mango, sweet potato purée, avocado, red onion and choclo, or Ceviche del Río, a shrimp ceviche served with rocoto tiger’s milk, camote-lime purée, burnt avocado and sweet potato crisp.
Pisco cocktail pairings
The limited-edition menu is accompanied by Señor Ceviche’s range of pisco cocktails, including the Nikkei Iced Tea, the coffee-infused Señor Negroni and the Lima Espresso Martini.
Pisco-infused shooters are also available in a range of flavours, including lemon and raspberry and hibiscus and peach.
Located in Kingly Court in Soho, Señor Ceviche draws inspiration from the flavours of Lima, combining traditional Peruvian cooking with Japanese Nikkei influences across its menu of ceviches, grilled dishes and sharing plates.
