Kylie Minogue Wines reaches new milestone

Kylie Minogue Wines has surpassed 27 million bottles sold worldwide, equivalent to more than 135 million glasses poured. The range is now distributed across 36 international markets and stocked by major retailers including Tesco and Sainsbury’s.

Poco Vino takes over Hong Kong

Australian Vintage has launched an immersive Poco Vino campaign in Hong Kong, centred on a fully wrapped double-deck tram running across the island from 16 May to 26 June 2026. The activation is supported by influencer partnerships, community events and retail activity through DFI Retail Group.

Christie’s unveils landmark cellar sale

Christie’s is auctioning the cellar of a Silicon Valley pioneer, featuring what it describes as one of the greatest offerings of rare and mature California wines ever to come to auction. Highlights include Heitz Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon Martha’s Vineyard 1974, Ridge Monte Bello, Mayacamas 1974 and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars SLV Cabernet Sauvignon 1973.

Fornoza finds a permanent home at Siren

Siren Craft Brew’s Tap Yard in Finchampstead will become the permanent home of Fornoza from 16 June. The pizza business, founded by Pavandeep Chadda and Joshua Wilson, will serve customers six days a week, with ambitions to make the venue a leading destination for beer and pizza lovers.

Assovini Sicilia welcomes 27 Masters of Wine

Assovini Sicilia showcased the island’s viticultural diversity to 27 Masters of Wine from around the world during a nine-day tour of Sicily involving all of the island’s wine consortia. More than 50 wines were tasted during a masterclass and walkaround tasting held at UnaHotels Naxos Beach in Giardini Naxos, followed by a dinner in Taormina.

Led by oenologist Patricia Toth, the masterclass explored the breadth of Sicily’s native grape varieties, including Catarratto, Malvasia delle Lipari, Grillo, Frappato, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera and Nero d’Avola. Assovini Sicilia president Mariangela Cambria said the visit reflected growing international interest in Sicily as one of the Mediterranean’s most dynamic wine regions.
