Beau Viva partners with Gabriele Armani on no and low serves

French alcohol-free sparkling rosé brand Beau Viva has enlisted Gabriele Armani, bartender at Barcelona’s Paradiso, for a new no and low cocktail collaboration.

Premium French alcohol-free sparkling rosé brand beau viva has announced a partnership with bartender Gabriele Armani, the creative behind four new mocktail recipes designed around the brand’s signature sparkling rosé.

Armani is part of the team at Paradiso in Barcelona, which the release describes as being “consistently ranked among the best bars on the planet”.

The collaboration sees Armani develop four exclusive serves using beau viva’s alcohol-free sparkling rosé, which is made in France from Colombard grapes with a hint of Merlot.

According to the producer, the wine undergoes a gentle vacuum distillation process designed to preserve its aromatic profile while delivering a 0.0% ABV product.

Premium no and low focus

The partnership forms part of beau viva’s wider push into the premium no and low space, with the brand positioning alcohol-free sparkling wine as an option that does not compromise on flavour or experience.

In a statement, Armani said: “For me, every drink is a conversation between the bartender and the guest. What excited me about BEAU VIVA is that it asks the same question I ask every time I stand behind the bar: how do we make something that truly moves people, without relying on the obvious? This non alcoholic sparkling rosé gave me a canvas with genuine depth; floral, precise, alive. Working with it felt less like adapting a recipe and more like finding a new language. Mindful drinking was never supposed to mean drinking less beautifully. We’re here to prove that.”

The four recipes created for the launch are Beau Paloma, Provence Spritz, Viva Botanica and Riviera Rosé.

Partner Content

Beau Paloma combines 50ml burnt grapefruit juice, 10ml lavender honey and 80ml beau viva sparkling rosé. Provence Spritz blends aromatic herb cordial, orange marmalade, elderflower syrup and 80ml of the sparkling rosé.

Viva Botanica mixes beau viva sparkling rosé with lemon juice, Granny Smith apple juice, chamomile and thyme syrup, finished with lemon and marjoram fragrance.

Riviera Rosé combines the sparkling rosé with strawberry purée with wild fennel and honey.

Global launch campaign

The drinks will debut through a digital campaign spanning multiple markets, supported by influencers across lifestyle, wellness, design and food culture.

Beau viva said the campaign is intended to showcase the recipes across different audiences and drinking occasions.

The brand also plans a series of in-person events later this season in London, New York and Provence, bringing together press, tastemakers and invited guests.

BEAU VIVA is distributed across key international markets and is currently available through premium retail, hospitality, and lifestyle channels worldwide.

According to the release, the sparkling rosé is marketed as having fewer calories while aiming to replicate the experience of a premium rosé at 0.0% ABV.
