Ginsberg+Chan brings back tasting events following refurb

The fine wine merchant’s revamped calendar of events is making its grand return this month following the expansion of its retail space, with increased room to roam and a larger, dedicated retail team.

Run by husband and wife team Jason Ginsberg and Mandy Chan, the retailer‘s new roster of events include:

Wednesday Wine Explorations

Wine enthusiasts are welcomed to immerse themselves in the world of wine each Wednesday, diving deep into regions, comparing vintages, experiencing horizontal tastings, and discovering distinctive producer styles. Across a span of 2 hours, these tastings will explore 5-10 wines, offering a comprehensive understanding of the chosen subject.

Sippin’ Society

Offering wine enthusiasts an exclusive opportunity to taste the benchmark bottles of the wine world, to bridge the gap between these extraordinary bottles and the average consumer as fine wines become increasingly elusive. Sippin’ Society will be hosted twice a month on Fridays as Ginsberg+Chan uncorks a selection of wines from its cellar, shared amongst a group of just 10 guests.

Blind Tasting Nights

Partner Content

The Blind Tasting Nights are for those eager to test their wine knowledge against friends and fellow enthusiasts. All 20-24 guests will be into two teams, each guided by a coach from the dedicated team.

The challenge? Identify the most vintage range, grape varieties, price point, and region from a blind tasting of 7 wines. The team with the most points will receive a special prize.
