Moët Hennessy Travel Retail unveils shop-in-shop at Zhuhai duty free

Moët Hennessy Travel Retail has announced the opening of Hennessy’s first-ever shop-in-shop in Zhuhai, China, becoming part of the largest duty-free shop at a land port in Asia Pacific.

The retail space is situated at the Gongbei Port, one of four ports of entry on land between mainland China and Macau.

Zhuhai Duty Free Gongbei Port arrivals store, spanning 3,889m², marked its inauguration on 24 May 2023. Covering two floors, it has become the largest duty-free shop at a land port in the Asia Pacific region.

The Moët Hennessy shop-in-shop, occupying 37m² on the second floor, offers visitors a 360-degree view of brand visibility and discovery. In addition, Hennessy has opened a 16m² brand corner on the first floor.

The Cognac brand’s portfolio on offer at the duty free shop includes the Hennessy V.S.O.P, which the brand sees as a favourite among travellers. Hennessy X.O and James Hennessy, paying homage to one of the Maison’s historic figureheads, will also be available, alongside the Hennessy X.X.O exclusively available in duty-free stores and highly selected duty-paid channels, as well as the rare Hennessy Paradis.

the Hennessy store in Zhuhai will also offer limited-edition and collectible Hennessy cognacs for travellers embracing local festivities.
