All-new trade show to take place in Montpellier in 2022
An event to reconnect trade and industry members is set to take place in Montpellier on 6-7 March, offering insights into the region’s wines.
Buyers and members of the media will be able to visit and tour vineyards, meet wine growers and more. It is anticipated that between 1,500-2,00 people will attend the trade show, with 300-350 exhibitors.
Dégustez en V.O.!, as the show is named, will showcase the region’s wines.
Jean-Benoît Cavalier, chairman of AOP Languedoc, said of the event: “Dégustez en V.O.! is inviting all industry players to meet up in the heart of Montpellier. The event’s defining feature will be its friendly atmosphere. There will be an opportunity to do business whilst at the same time discovering new things.
Its location will turn the spotlight on Montpellier throughout the event, then on the region’s vineyards, allowing the city to regain its title as the capital of the wine world in the heart of Occitania for the duration of Dégustez en V.O.!”
