Nemiroff signs distribution deal with Coca-Cola

Ukrainian vodka producer Nemiroff has signed an agreement with Coca-Cola HBC Italia that will see its brands distributed in Italy by the soft drinks giant.

From this month, Coca-Cola HBC Italia has become the official distributor of Nemiroff vodka in Italy.

“Our collaboration with Coca-Cola HBC started just year ago and the results are already exceeded expectations. So now, Nemiroff is delighted to add Italy to our global partnership map.

“As this market is HoReCa oriented, we are excited to develop mixology and drinking culture together with such a strong and experienced partner as Coca-Cola, based on Nemiroff De Luxe,” said Yuriy Sorochynskiy, CEO of Nemiroff.

“The deal with Nemiroff Vodka, an internationally known brand with a centenary know-how, aims to furtherly strengthen our positioning in the spirits market, both in the HORECA and the modern trade, where the category has registered, especially in the last months, a double-digits growth,” added Frank O’Donnell, general manager Coca-Cola HBC Italia.

“The distributive strength of Coca-Cola HBC Italia, together with an iconic brand such as Nemiroff will allow us to offer to Italian consumers new experiences in terms of mixology and taste”.

The two firms plan to work together with a local brand ambassador on the development of cocktail programmes in collaboration with Italian bars.

Nemiroff vodka has been made in the Ukraine for over 150 years. The brand is on sale in over 80 countries and is ranked number three among all vodka brands in the duty-free category.
