Michelin-starred Beefbar HK launches new summer menu

One Michelin-starred Beefbar Hong Kong has presented its new summer lunch menu and dining offers as restaurants reopen without restrictions post-Covid-19.

Beefbar, a signature concept from the Monaco Restaurant Group, launched in Hong Kong in 2015 and swiftly gained its first Michelin star in 2017. It is still the only Michelin-starred steakhouse in town.

Executive chef Andrea Spagoni will freshen the menu this summer. Priced at HK$498 per person, the new “four-course sumptuous weekend lunch”, available on every weekend and public holidays, features customers’ all-time favourite dishes, such as milk-fed veal filet tartare with tarragon & praline; Black Angus filet carpaccio, pistachios & Parmesan cheese; American Black Angus mini burger with bacon & lemon sauce and so on.

The key highlight of the menu is the unlimited daily roast on the offer. Spagoni handpicks the best cuts of meat, which will be served up with delectable selected sides such as homemade potato cream and creamed spinach.

Nestled in Central, the bar is also one of the to-go destinations for sun-downers. Its new rooftop happy hour runs daily from 6–8pm. For only HK$298 per person, guests can enjoy two hours of free flowing selected wines and drinks with complimentary smoked cecina, soft tacos and French fries.

For dinner, the restaurant is offering 30% off on “beef of the night”, presenting a world-class selection of beef serving this summer. Diners can also enjoy up to 25% off on items on the à la carte menu and wine list.
