Château Lafleur appoints Kerry Wines as HK distributor

Fine wine importer Kerry Wines is now one of the two official distributors and ambassadors of the wines of Société Civile du Château Lafleur in Hong Kong.

Starting from the 2019 vintage, Kerry Wines is carrying the wines of the Pomerol family, which includes Château Lafleur, Les Pensées, Les Perrières, Les Champs Libres, Château Grand Village and Le Blanc du Grand Village.

“We are honoured to work with the Guinaudeau family, to distribute and promote their wines within our market. Château Lafleur and Château Grand Village are undoubtedly among the finest wine producers from the right bank and we are delighted to have their prestigious wines in our care,” said Eric Desgouttes, general manager of Kerry Wines Greater China.

Since Henri Greloud established Château Lafleur’s tiny vineyard back in 1872, this has always been a family-run property. Today, Sylvie and Jacques Guinaudeau run the estate with their three children, who also manage Château Grand Village, their home estate in Fronsac. This is the only Pomerol estate to have 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc planted in their vineyard, with three special soils offering a unique terroir.

Belonging to The Kerry Group, Kerry Wines is founded in Hong Kong in 2010, with operations in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
