路易王妃首次推出“生物动力法”水晶香槟

路易王妃香槟发布水晶香槟2012年份,这是酒庄第一款由百分百生物动力法种植的葡萄制成的葡萄酒。

路易王妃香槟在其葡萄园中实施生物动力法已有近10年的历史了,到目前为止已转化了一半,其余一半为有机种植。

因此,虽然最新的水晶香槟是用生物动力法种植的葡萄制成的,但由于酒庄所拥有剩余的有机葡萄园,因此葡萄园尚未获完全通过认证。

尽管如此,他们还是将发布名为“这种新葡萄栽培方法下的首个制成品”。

2012年份被描述为“香槟有史以来最具挑战性和最复杂的年份之一”,尽管产量较低,但临近季节末的温暖天气导致“不寻常的成熟情况”, “浓郁和充满结构的葡萄酒”。

水晶香槟的白葡萄和桃红酒都已发布,前者是由60%黑比诺和40%霞多丽混合而成,糖份浓度为7.5g/l。
