Alcoholic tea could ‘replace the gin trend’

Noveltea’s G&Tea Thyme cocktail

Noveltea’s The Tale of Earl Grey (75ml)
Thyme syrup (20ml)
Jack Cains gin (25ml)
Lemon juice (25ml)
Egg white (1)


  1. Add all ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 second
  3. Double strain into martini glass
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg


Earl Grey Rosé


Noveltea’s The Tale of Earl Grey (50ml)
Rose syrup (20ml)
Lemon juice (15ml)
Prosecco (50ml)


  1. Add Earl Grey liqueur, rose syruo and lemon juice to shaker
  2. Double strain into Champagne flute
  3. Top with Prosecco
  4. Garnish with rose petals
