Global Chardonnay Masters 2016 open to entries

Now in its fourth year, the competition will identify the best Chardonnay from all around the world in every price range.

Unlike other international competitions, The Global Masters series is judged by grape variety rather than country. Every wine will be measured on the taste of its grape and the skill of its winemaker.

An expert panel of MW judges will take part in the tasting, including db editor and chief Patrick Schmitt MW.

The calibre of the judges guarantees international recognition of all the medals awarded.

Entries from small and medium sized wine producers are especially encouraged as they will have the chance to be judged alongside wines from the biggest global companies.

The results and analysis will be published in the drinks business magazine, online, on social media and also in db‘s Hong Kong edition.

Deadline for entry is 29th July 2016.

Prospective entrants are invited to email Sophie@thedrinksbusiness.com
