The Aqua Group creates booze-filled Easter eggs

The Aqua Restaurant Group has launched two chocolate liqueur cocktails served in hollow egg shells at its Aqua and Armani/Aqua venues.

The ‘Xocolāt’

Priced at HK$218, the two cocktails have been created by aqua spirit’s head mixologist, John Ng and his team for those who are looking for an even more decadent way to consume Easter eggs this year.

The ‘Xocolāt’, is mixed with aged rum, Bailey’s and Kahlua and brown cacao while the ‘Chocolate Egg Martini’ is a combination of Frangelico, crème de cacao and shaken thyme-infused vodka.

Both cocktails are served as part of the Aqua Restaurant Group’s four-day Easter Infinity Brunch and mocktail versions are also available.
