Graham’s Port teams up with Rococo Chocolates

Graham’s Port has announced a partnership with artisan chocolatier Rococo Chocolates in a bid to engage with both new and younger consumers.

The collaboration will start with the launch of a promotion available to off-trade customers, who will receive a free 20g dark chocolate Bee Bar from Rococo Chocolates with any purchase of a bottle of Graham’s Six Grapes.

This promotion is exclusive to independent retailers in London and throughout the UK, who are the main stockists of Six Grapes, and has been timed to coincide with the Easter sales period.

“As we continue to look at ways to get a younger audience to consider Port, we felt that chocolate pairing was an obvious partnership to try and engage and reach new consumers,” said Charlotte Symington of John E Fells.

“It’s wonderful working with Rococo Chocolates and learning more about the intricate flavour profiles of chocolate paired with Port, highlighting the way in which the characteristics of our Ports are perfectly complemented by different flavours of the chocolate.”

Rococo Chocolates was founded on London’s Kings Road by Chantal Coady OBE in 1983.

“I am constantly on the hunt for new ways to savour chocolate”, said Sam Smallman, event manager and chocolate expert at Rococo. “To appreciate its versatility and complexity whilst at the same time not forgetting the indulgence. We call it ‘Pleasure and Provenance’. It is wonderful to collaborate with Graham’s on their kindred quest for Pairing Perfection.”

Several other projects will be implemented throughout the year, showcasing how different styles of Port can match with the different flavour profiles of Rococo.
