BBR to host charity dinner

Berry Bros & Rudd is to host a unique wine dinner and auction in aid of the Pebbles Project charity.

The charity works to support children with special needs in the winelands of South Africa.

Pebbles provides education and recreation programmes for children aged up to 18, their families and communities.

In conjunction with the cellar of Pebbles Trustee and UK director, Keith Prothero, of Mullineux Family Estate, Stewart Turner, BBR’s head chef, will prepare a specially matched menu to match the array of wines for the evening, which include: 1998 Pol Roger Champagne, 2004 Puligny-Montrachet, Les Pucelles, 1er Cru, Domaine Leflaive and 1985 Château Haut-Brion, 1er Cru Classé, Pessac-Léognan among others.

Prior to dessert, there will be an auction of nine lots, some of which will never be repeated.

Tickets for the dinner, which will take place in the London-based merchant’s Napoleon Cellar, cost £495. Click here for booking details
